What a magnificent day it was! The sun rose early as we embarked on our journey to London for the Tyga annual competition. This year, our club decided to showcase our skills in kickboxing for the very first time, and what an exhilarating experience it turned out to be! The adrenaline of the 2-minute continuous fights across 2 rounds left us feeling exhausted but incredibly fulfilled.
Our team fearlessly entered into most of the competition categories, with the exception of Weapons. The results were nothing short of spectacular – we are thrilled to announce that we are returning home with an impressive haul of 53 MEDALS, marking our most significant victory to date!
The breakdown of our achievements is as follows:
Gold - 27 dazzling gold medals
Silver - 17 shimmering silver medals
Bronze - 9 gleaming bronze medals
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the event organizers, with a special mention to Grand Master Gary Wasniewski and his dedicated team, for putting together such a phenomenal competition.
