Grand Master Martin Sillitoe Visit & Training

We had a fantastic opportunity to learn the basic techniques of Escrima from Grand Master Martin Sillitoe from Bulldog Nikelstick club.

The session began at 10 am on Sunday, and everyone was eager to learn something new.

We started with a quick warm-up, followed by practicing attack and defense techniques, focusing on proper foot positioning and how to correctly hold the Escrima stick. Students paired up and continued with drills.

After a few hours, we took a break and then continued for a few more hours. The session concluded at 2:00 pm.

We extend our deepest gratitude to GM Martin Sillitoe and Chris for teaching us. We are confident that this friendship will continue.
