Renshi Daren Stirrat has been practicing Shotokan Karate for more than 40 years, previously running well established clubs in various locations in Hampshire and has attained many European and world titles for both himself and the squads he has lead.
In 2016 Renshi Daren founded the Hampshire Academy of Shotokan Karate which has an emphasis on being a small family run business.
Renshi Daren has worked hard to maintain high standards of traditional Shotokan Karate and although no longer competing himself, continues to lead his squads to European and world titles. He is passionate about passing his knowledge onto new generations and continues to develop his knowledge through training with world renowned Senseis.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Please be aware we are following the current regulations regarding Covid-19.
We are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of everyone at HASK.
Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time
We will be keeping a track and trace log.
Temperature checks and hand sanitation will be required before entry.
We no longer have any changing facilities so please arrive ready to train.
A face covering is required to be worn indoors.
Please do not attend if you are unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms.
